Sponsored by CREA and in creative collaboration with ZU Gallery and CPAAC (Cortez Public Arts Advisory Committee), First Friday Cortez brings into focus the creative arts in our city and has grown to include many locations around town.
Cortez residents and visitors can experience self-guided visits to local galleries, enjoy a theatre performance, listen to a reading from a local author or poet, support businesses featuring rotating artwork and live music, take in a movie, or participate in several walking tour opportunities including our Cortez Mural Walk. Add a unique variety of retail shopping options and relax over a meal at one of our many great dining spots to make it a perfect First Friday in Cortez!
